Lots & pricing

Lots are in two sections, Crawford Quarry and Indian Cave, and priced by row. Seasonal rentals run April 1 through October 31. Several lots are already rented for the 2026 season, so call to check what's open.

Every site has an 18' x 40' gravel pad and driveway and a metered power pedestal with 20, 30 and 50 amp service. Water, sewer and an on-site dumpster are included.

Gravel pad and driveway

Every site has a gravel pad and driveway measuring 18' x 40'.

Metered power

Each lot has a power pedestal for 20, 30 and 50 amps, with a metered connection.

Utilities included

Water, sewer and an on-site dumpster.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi

All tenants get complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay.

Community bathhouse

Stalled restrooms and hot showers with a bench, open 24 hours a day with your assigned key fob.

Concrete boat ramp

All leaseholders can use the ramp. To keep access fair, boats are parked on your lot or in boat storage.

Trail and sports

A walking trail, plus a community basketball court, volleyball court and baseball diamond.

Barbecue ready

Bring your own fire pit, smoker or grill and enjoy it at your leisure.

Fire and ice

Firewood and bagged ice for sale near the recreation area.

Summerwind is private and gated for the safety of every tenant and the community as a whole.

The property can't be entered without a key card, so tours are by appointment.
Background check
We run a criminal background check on every applicant before tenancy.
Get your key card
Assigned key cards are handed out on your lease start date, and they're the only way in.
